PU Binder:
Sourced from reputable brands like Wanhua and Dow, our PU binder is engineered for wet-pour rubber flooring applications, which is primarily composed of polyurethane adhesive for EPDM granules and rubber crumbs. It is ideal for safety surfacing in playgrounds, jogging parks, fitness trails, gym floors and so on.
Product Advantages:
1. Non-toxic, UV-resistant, and anti-aging.
2. Transparent, which minimizes yellowing or darkening of EPDM flooring post-installation.
3. All-weather polyurethane binder, suitable for diverse climates, including extreme conditions. It is moisture-curing and best suited for hot weather, with high-temperature resistance.
4. The mixing ratio with EPDM rubber granules is 60%.
5. Available in bulk packaging of 200kg/drum and smaller 25kg/bucket packaging for ease of handling and installation.
