1. Technical Standards
a. Appearance: No cracks, delamination, peeling, oil residue, or carving marks. Even color and durable.
b. Marking Lines: Clear, non-reflective marking lines, no blurred edges, firmly bonded to the surface layer. The distance between each marker line and the finish line is not allowed to have negative tolerances, and any positive tolerances should be less than 1/1000, in accordance with relevant regulations of the International Association of Athletics Federations(IAAF) for track facilities.
