Product Features
U-LOCK binder is a solvent-free, water-borne, two-component polyurethane adhesive designed for construction of running track, playground flooring, gym flooring and so on.
The U-LOCK adhesive is applied in a U-shape to the substrate, firmly locking the base and surface materials together. This creates a durable, robust bond. The adhesive forms a rigid, stable layer after curing, preventing displacement of the flooring and surface materials under thermal expansion and contraction. The product is waterproof, and weather-resistant after drying. The adhesive's low emission formula ensures that it will not blister, even when used with ultra-thin materials. The product's lifespan is up to 5 years under normal conditions.
